Rosa Esquina began working as a file clerk on a temporary basis at the beginning of the pandemic in April 2020, to help the firm go fully digital with its files. It did not take long for Rosa to promote to a permanent employee, first as a bilingual, Spanish-speaking receptionist, and now, adding on legal secretary duties. She is the friendly face at the front desk and the compassionate voice on the phone, interacting with clients, counsel, and the public. Rosa obtained her paralegal certificate from Los Angeles Valley College and her Certificate of Completion for the Beverly Hills Bar Association Legal Assistant Training School. Rosa is eager to expand her legal skills to become a family law paralegal. Because she is bilingual, she oversees translating calls, emails, and documents for our Spanish-speaking clients. She also assists with billing questions, payments, and clerical tasks. In her free time, Rosa enjoys kickboxing and working out.
