Fluent in English and Spanish, Irene Herrera started working as a receptionist and assistant to the late attorney Marcia L. Kraft in March 2017. After Irene completed the paralegal course at Los Angeles Valley College and the firm’s transition to Kraft Miles, A Law Corporation, Irene elevated to the position of office manager/legal assistant, supervising the office staff, and performing paralegal and legal secretarial tasks. Irene obtained her Certificate of Completion for the Beverly Hills Bar Association Legal Assistant Training School. In addition, Irene is a notary public, acknowledging deeds, judgments, prenuptial agreements, and estate plans for clients. As Joy’s right-hand, Irene manages the team and supervises the office, including personnel, accounts receivables and payable, court filings, client communications, and so much more. When not at work, Irene enjoys the outdoors, hiking, live music, social gatherings, dancing and going to church. Irene is the proud parent of three sons, but probably the most excited about her beautiful, newborn granddaughter.
