joyJoy Kraft Miles is a partner at Kraft, Miles & Miller, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Joy clerked for Family Law and Civil Unlimited Court judges in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she gained insight on viewing cases from a judge’s perspective. With her diligent work ethic and extensive experience in the courtroom, Joy always delivers strategic and effective advocacy. Joy specializes in Complex Divorce and Family Law matters, including business valuations, forensic accounting, hidden assets and income, move-away child custody battles, restraining orders, and allegations of domestic violence and child abuse. In addition to being an effective litigator, Joy is also an experienced mediator. Joy earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, a Master’s degree in Education from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to attending law school, she taught high school history and art history in the Los Angeles Unified School District for eleven years. Joy is married with two children, and is also Marcia Kraft’s daughter.
